Associate Head - Security Solution & Architecture

Job Description:

1. Security Operations and Infrastructure: Overseeing the design, implementation, and management of security technologies and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, security information and event management (SIEM) systems, etc.

2. Configure and administer various security tools

3. Troubleshooting technical and operational issues

4. Provide security inputs to projects on cloud security and network security

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Security solutions and architecture team members

2. Recruit , lead, mentor and retain a team of information/cyber security professionals

3. Set objective and goals for the next level team members

4. Periodically assess the performance and conduct appraisal

5. Provide timely feedback on team performance

6. Mentor team members to excel in their role

Qualifications : B.Tech, M.Tech
