Hiring HCM Benefits Associate with 5-7 years of experience into "Benefits" for a leading Investment Bank based in Bangalore
Work Location : Bangalore
Exp : 5 - 7 Years
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing benefits and reporting.
- Strong excel and generic MS Office skills
- Experience in Formulating Benefits related activities including Retirement (PF, Gratuity), Insurance, Car and club for Indian Market
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail, especially while reviewing vendors outputs
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize; demonstrate good judgement especially during emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work as part of a team that operates in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently, drive processes and take decisions
- Strong analytical skills to review current process and/or data and to draw and communicate conclusions
- Relationship management skills to balance needs of the client with those of corporate control and consistency
- Strong client-focused orientation
- Ability to understand budget processes, vendor commercial structures and financial reconciliations/reporting
