Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Growth Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, mid-level position that plays a crucial role in driving our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer acquisition, performance marketing, and cross-media campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience in customer acquisition with a strong understanding of different acquisition channels and strategies.

- Expertise in performance marketing and the ability to optimize campaigns to drive ROI effectively.

- Experience in planning and executing cross-media campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proactive attitude with a keen interest in staying updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

- Must have a growth mindset, willing to take initiatives and innovate new strategies for organizational growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive user growth and engagement.

- Plan, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and offline mediums.

- Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment and achieve target KPIs.

- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging in all campaigns.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Create detailed campaign reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
