Associate Group Head/Group Head - Search Engine Optimization - Advertising Firm

Scope of role

- We are currently seeking an Associate Group Head - SEO / Group Head - SEO for one of our reputed client to oversee and develop our SEO service offering and to help, develop, execute, and optimize Company's most challenging SEO strategies. This role includes direct management of SEO team members, serving as the internal analyst for SEO, and oversight of all SEO team deliverables ontime-every-time.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Serve as senior lead on SEO strategies and programs for new/on-boarding and ongoing clients with expectations to scale tasks to team members

- Develop and oversee execution of client accounts to maximize keywords ranking, organic traffic, leads and conversion

- Write and validate SEO SOWs and scoping

- Creation and development of client-facing deliverables and templates such as audits, recommendations, weekly/monthly reports & presentations

- Participate with client presentations alongside account/servicing teams

- Participate in business development efforts through research, estimation, strategy development, and presentations

- Manage a growing team of passionate search engine marketers through guidance and thought leader

Key skills and experience:

- Excellent command on English language (Spoken and Written)

- Passion for excellence with high attention to details

- An engineering graduate with a management degree from an institute of repute

- Minimum of 5 years of hands on SEO experience on desktop, mobile & ASO preferably in an agency environment

- Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills

- Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure

- Good at absorbing large amounts of information, with a general hunger for learning

- Credible, confident and articulate, with good communication and presentation skills

- Innovative and creative, with a concise, precise and effective approach to problem solving.
