Associate - Global Talent Acquisition
Position Requirements:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop detailed job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline the hiring process and maintain accurate candidate data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our talent acquisition strategies.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Global Talent Acquisition Associate:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, or headhunting, preferably focusing on top-tier university business school students.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in roles that align with their skills and career objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Collaborate with partners across HR functions to deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation
