Associate General Manager - Strategic Alliances - Bancassurance

Role Offering:

- The role-holder is responsible for New Banca Partner acquisition.

- He/she will be accountable for New Partner On-Boarding, which includes coordinating with all internal stakeholders for smooth on-boarding of acquired partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

- He /She will be accountable for New Partner acquisition.

- He/ She will be responsible for all new business development through financial institutions like Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, RRBs & Large Cooperative banks for both Retail & Credit Life Businesses in the assigned geography.

- He / She will be ensuring participation in all RFP / Tenders floated by prospective partners in the assigned geography.

- He/ She will be ensuring timely and accurate revert on RFP / Tenders floated by prospective partners in the assigned geography.

- He/ She will be accountable for comprehensive mapping of the account, ensuring senior management meetings with the key stakeholders of the account.

- He/ She will be discussing with the partner and internal stakeholders on the commercial aspect of the partnership

- He/ She will be accountable for New Partner On-Boarding, which includes co-ordinating with all internal stakeholders for smooth on-boarding of acquired partnerships

Required Experience & Skills:

- Post Graduate with experience of 12 - 15 years, preferably from the insurance industry. Specializing in new partner acquisition in Banking, NBFC & HFC space (Strategic Alliances) is needed.

- Proven experience of operating at a strategic level within the business and demonstrating success in implementing major strategic initiatives

- Experience of a multi - cultural working environment is desirable

- Experience of working in a fast-moving environment and ability to work at pace

- Ability to plan & deliver new partnership acquisition strategies in assigned geography

- Excellent influencing capability and ability to work with senior personnel of prospective partners

- Excellent networking skills, Ability to generate leads for new partner acquisition
