Job Description :
Candidate would be responsible for developing a strategic human capital plan which ensures that associate compensation, professional development, talent acquisition and retention are all aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
He or she is also responsible for integrating HR policies into the company, succession planning and developing a positive employer brand.
Responsibilities :
- Strategizing and Leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include selection, assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and associate development programs
- Leading & driving performance management process with a focus on designing performance matrix including and not limited to setting right KPI/Goals, capability building, competency mapping and compensation benchmarking
- Supporting the development of high potential associates at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent
- Driving the culture building exercise and playing a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability.
- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions
- Build strong long-lasting relationship with all the stakeholders and partner with them to address People issues
- Inculcate a culture of recognition and drive Rewards and Recognition
- Develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition
- Communicate and implement HR policies
- Strong exposure in hiring leadership teams
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES :
- 10-15 years or more of relevant, effective HR experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Master's degree in Human Resources in addition to a Bachelor's degree. Preferred candidate from Institute like IIM, XLRI, XISS etc
- Excellent consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Should have handled entire gamut of HR activities preferably from Technology domain background
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast-paced, budget-challenged environment
- Ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects while remaining proactive and flexible in style
- Proficient in handling complex employee relations concerns and mitigating risks
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders
- Ability to handle large amounts of confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basis
