Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Sales & Marketing to lead and drive business growth in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, market expertise, and a strategic approach to business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Manage and drive sales teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance.

Marketing & Brand Positioning:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, ATL, and BTL initiatives.

- Enhance brand visibility and positioning in the market.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer preferences.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Negotiate and close high-value deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.

- Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Team Leadership & Operations:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to enhance productivity.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide strategic insights for improvement.

- Collaborate with senior management to align sales and marketing strategies with business goals.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with a proven track record in revenue generation.

- Experience in handling large teams and driving business expansion.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competition analysis, and pricing strategies.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital marketing strategies.

- MBA in Marketing / Sales or a related field preferred.
