Business Results

- Drive Order Booking & Profitability for Power Infra & Renewable Energy (PIRE) Businesses to achieve ABP & SBP targets.

- Build qualifications (Technical Credentials) for high-end EHV and Solar space and empanelment with various Government Utilities to achieve the required growth in these segments.

- Selection of right projects & by adopting Strategic tools, Pre-bid tie- ups & Other focused initiatives to drive Profitable growth as per ABP & SBP.

- Key Account Management to establish connect with top Client officials & build strong relationship.

- Process Institutionalization

- Develop Robust Project Selection Process framework in line with Go-NoGo principle.

- Forge Strategic Partnership to win Tenders & improve QR to achieve growth in the chosen segment.

- Drive initiatives to improve Project EBIT in line with the industry leader.

- Develop strong processes & controls to achieve desired quality & compliances.

- Sustainable Business Growth

- Build a strong network of Customers, Project Partners & Design Associates.

- Drive Sales, Marketing, Brand Positioning & Business Development in line with the Divisional strategy.

- Put a framework that enables incisive Business analytics & competitive Benchmarking.

- Develop a key strategic Customer Accounts and deeply engage them through a strong Key Account Management- process.

- Achieve Order Bank in the chosen segment as per the plan through strategic bidding process.

- Expand Product portfolio & explore international market opportunity

- Identify key partners & forge strategic tie-up to achieve Qualification credentials to qualify in key tenders & also to build long term sustainable partnership to drive growth.

- Build strong connect with the key customers through systematic KAM processes & maintain long term relationship.

- Benchmark best in class in the industry for key financial parameters as well as processes

- Management and Corporate Initiatives

- Drive Organizational initiatives like Business Excellence, IMS, Kaizen, PMO & Safety

- Team Building, People development and Talent Management

- Controls & compliances to all the statutes

- Build Safety culture at all project sites & drive compliances to achieve zero incident.

- Build a leadership pipeline at all key functions.

- Imbibe Kaizen & PMO culture to drive improvements & achieve additional savings.

- Develop, ensure & cultivate uniform Godrej culture & values across all teams.
