Associate - General Corporate

- We are looking for Associates (2-5 years PQE) to join a leading General Corporate team at a top-tier law firm in Mumbai.

- The team, led by experienced and well-regarded partners, advises on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate advisory.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Advising clients on M&A, private equity, and other corporate transactions.

- Drafting and negotiating transactional documents, including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and joint venture agreements.

- Conducting due diligence and managing deal execution.

- Providing strategic corporate advisory on structuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closures.

Key Requirements:

- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate at a reputed law firm.

- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Experience in handling end-to-end corporate transactions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
