Effectively coordinating the due diligence and documentation process, and front-ending the relationship with the respective client representatives 4. Engagement tracking, reporting and housekeeping (maintaining updated client agreements, NDAs, OPEs, etc.) 5. Representing the client's business in investor / buyer-seller interactions 6. Mapping of assigned segment (product, geography/industry group) and building understanding/expertise of that segment 7. Outreach to potential clients and investors 8. Maintaining a database of companies in assigned segments 9. Effectively maintaining relationships with investors or company professionals on the deal to have a recall 10. Preparing Pitch Documents and other client presentations 11. Ongoing industry networking Education : - Qualified Chartered Accountant batch 2020/2021/2022 - Master's in finance and marketing - BCom (Hons), Bachelor of Business Studies/Administration, Stats (Hons) and similar from Tier 1/2 college
