Our client is a new age well-funded Fintech company

Job Description :

- Actively involved in Financial Modelling and Valuations

- Formalise and lead business strategies, focusing on long term trends and outlook, and competitive intelligence

- Help in designing the go to market strategy and the overall business plan

- Taking care of Fund raising for the company

- Liaising with Banks/NBFCs to secure debt funds for the firm

- Managing relationships with global DFIs, Domestic Banks & NBFCs

- Working relationship with credit rating agencies, trusteeships and legal counsels

- Preparing pitch books and financial models

- Involve business partnering and closely working with the Co-Founders for driving the business growth

The Successful Applicant :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Investment Bank/PE Firm

- Working closely with CEO or COO of a growing company

- B-Tech/B.com/CA from a Tier 1 College

- Analytically and Technically strong

- Experience in preparing pitch-books, financial models, MIS etc

- Involved in strategic initiatives and business partnerships
