Associate - Financial Planning & Analysis - Investment Bank

We are looking for FPA professional for Global Investment Bank in Bangalore.

Working Hours - 1:30 PM Afternoon - 10:30 PM

There is no WFH since they are operating from the office.

Responsibilities :

- He/ She will be responsible for Revenues, Balances, Client, Headcount and expenses.

- Developing and tracking performance metrics, creating presentations, and generally providing financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management

- Calculation and consolidation of the month-end results and the forecast for the remainder of the year

- Participate in the global annual planning process which involves financial modeling, coordinating and consolidating submissions from CFO teams as well as preparing management presentations

- Performing variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and presenting commentary to senior managers, explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets

- Work with various Essbase add-ins and reporting databases to manage reporting changes.

Candidate Profile :

- Candidate must be CA or MBA

- Must have experience in end-to-end FP&A roles.

- Must have experience in Tableau or python or Alteryx.

- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, preferably with experience of Hyperion Essbase and Access.

- Prior experience in doing work in Banking / Financial Industry is Plus
