Associate - Financial Planning & Analysis - Financial Institution

Associate FP&A

- Our client is a leading financial institution and actively seeking an experienced individual to be part of their Finance Team who would be responsible for financial planning and analysis for a senior role based out of Bangalore.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and analyzing industry trends.

- Creating dashboards and data visualization.

- Provide good insight on process improvement.

- Maintaining financial records.

- Should be able to create dynamic financial management reporting.

- Provide detailed reporting and analytics accurately.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Minimum experience of 6 to 8 years' experience in planning and analysis/financial management/ accounting.

- Understanding financial tools and applications such as Power BI, Alytrx, Tableau, Essbase etc.

- Well versed with Excel & powerpoint and knowledge of Essbase and SAP preferable Tools.

- Strong communication skill- written & verbal.

- Experience in Banking and financial sector is a must.

- Should be able to work independently as well as have team management skills.
