Associate - Financial Modeling - Solid Waste Management Sector

Experience : 7-10 years

Qualification : CA / MBA Finance

Required Experience:

- Experience in Solid Waste Management is a must.

- Should have transaction experience in Solid Waste Management space.

- The person MUST have investment experience (IB, Structured Finance, Equity investment) in Solid Waste management sector in last 4 years.

- Corporate Finance / Project Finance in waste management company

Following profiles will not work -

- Management consulting experience in Big Four.

- Plain Debt financing

- Water waste management

- Some one having one off experience 5 years back.

Job Responsibilities:

- Financial Modeling for evaluating deals / projects

- Assist the senior management team to take a informed call on the projects

- Industry and Company research - detailed diligence on the company

- Researching companies, particularly in terms of their financial functioning

- Analysing company accounts, profit and loss sheets and cash flow information

- Interpreting complicated financial information

- Writing financial research summaries

- Making informed recommendations

- Understanding the market positioning of the business

- Legal Documentation (Term Sheet, Agreements, etc) - involves working on detailed terms of the agreement

- Develop and help implement strategies for specific portfolio companies to increase revenue, improve operations, strengthen financial controls, and increase shareholder value.
