Understanding the business of the companies

Accounting due diligence - Revalidation of accounting records, Accounting Reconstruction and Analysis, Solvency Analysis

Interim financial management - Cash monitoring, Working Capital management

Validating the resolution package from the accounting and tax perspective

Overseeing the process of interim management from finance perspective

Identifying areas of leakages and put controls around the same

Evaluating effects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements
