Associate/Executive - Customer Relationship
- Developing and implementing recommendations for process improvement and operational strategies that are sales oriented and customer centric.
- Operating as a liaison for Customer Relations team to support cross functional projects
- Ideating and implementing process improvement and automation projects to ensure the customer relations team meets, or exceeds, volume and conversion goals
- Analyzing trends to recommend and implement new techniques, improve site/application usability and collaborating with marketing on campaigns, lifecycle communication, referrals and other incentives
- Experience in banking and financial domain is MUST.
