Role & Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing and executing strategies and plans to achieve organizational targets in order to ensure profitability
- Monitoring competition and devising effective counter strategies
- Identify and prioritize needs/risks and develop solutions
- Should be a proactive professional with diverse experience entailing client servicing and operating the event
- Ensure maximum client satisfaction by understanding client's requirements and delivering Quality service
- Out of the box thinking / Lead creative discussions
- Establish excellent rapport with client teams
- Designing & mapping processes for achieving flawless production & operational efficiency (Checklists, Project Trackers)
- Frequent updates to client on the status of the Project
- Preparation of estimates along with Ops teams
- Ensuring smooth project management
- Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with clients for continuous business
- Ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of project
- Networking and socializing with client teams, at every given opportunity
- Attend meetings and plan as per client's expectation.
- Generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability & sales growth
Skill sets, Experience and Education:
- ONLY from top event management agencies
- Computer savvy
- Effective/logical communication skills both verbal and written
- Should have inter-personal maturity and organizational skills
- 7 - 10 Years of relevant experience
- Graduate, MBA/Diplomas in event management will be an advantage
