Job Description :
- Should have an understanding of CRM and be able to manage CRM marketing lists and corresponding reporting
- Support ad hoc email and survey delivery requests from the stakeholders
- Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful eMarketing campaigns and projects
- Support different marketing tools/channels like video, app, social media, email, SEM etc., by managing user access, vendor communication & conducting necessary training
- Manage stakeholders by understanding the requirements, liaising at ease with the customers in terms of job receipts, complaints, reporting and reviews
- Track work pipeline and deliver as per defined SLA & commitments
- Should come from strong marketing technology background
- Should be excellent in both written and verbal communication with stakeholders across geography
