We are looking for a passionate technology solutions delivery leader to join our client's (Web & Mobile unit) and help with achieving the next leap in the organization's journey. This person will play a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the entire business unit's operations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on management, focusing on driving project delivery excellence while maintaining full accountability for the Business Unit's Profit and Loss (P&L). The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management, a deep understanding of the technology sector, and proven experience in managing P&L responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Excellence :
- Lead the delivery of technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope,budget, and timeline requirements
- Implement and continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of project managers, delivery leads, and other key personnel, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive successful project outcomes
- Ensure operational processes and standards are in place to support efficient project execution and high-quality delivery
- Driving excellence on processes, quality assurance and delivery management to customers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to monitor and enhance capacity utilization
- Leverage operational team data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements
P&L Ownership :
- Take full ownership of the Business Unit's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Develop and manage the unit's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimizing cost management
- Monitor financial metrics and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets and drive profitability
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Serve as the escalation point for client issues, resolving complex problems and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with the central customer success team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Team Leadership & Development :
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Identify talent needs, oversee recruitment, and support professional development and career growth for team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure team alignment with organizational goals.
Background and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the B2B technology sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and P&L management.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with relevant certifications
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
