Legal Entity Compliance -Associate Director/VP

- Ensuring an effective implementation of Compliance Framework on the ground by conducting the necessary 2nd level assessment for India. Work with Business and other leaders for a consistence Governance and control process adherence.

- Perform an Annual Compliance Risk Assessment/Monitoring aligned to enterprise risk management standards to support development of the annual Compliance Program and Testing Plan for the Company.

- Plans, develops, monitors, revises and implements the compliance initiatives in response to changes in the law; consults with various representatives as necessary to ensure program effectiveness.

- Leads the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the various compliance areas of oversight in alignment with government laws and regulations.

- Provides expert guidance, collaboration and support to the implementation process for key compliance strategies, initiatives and action plans.

- Collaborate with the First Line of Defense to monitor enforcement of standards and regulation & discuss emerging compliance issues with management and help build a robust compliance strategy to mitigate compliance risks.

- Hands on experience in governing compliance Adherence, effective implementation of Compliance framework and Compliance specific reporting. Maintain stakeholder relationships with the Enterprise to understand international regulatory requirement, collaboration on Training requirements and ensuring its assignment & regulator monitoring.

- Advising on good governance practices and compliance of Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate, Securities and Other Business Laws and regulations and guidelines made thereunder.
