Valuation- Associate Director– South India

Job Opening with a Leading CA Consulting Firm

Looking for candidates with extensive experience in valuation and strong business development background.

Location:

- Flexibility to be based at Hyderabad / Bangalore

- Chennai candidates can apply if they can relocate to Hyderabad / Bangalore

Education: MBA from premier institute / CA

Experience: 7+ years of experience in Valuation (TAS)

Job Responsibilities:

- Business Development: 60%

- Execution / Operations: 40%

Job Description:

- Responsible for development of Valuation practice in South market

- Turn around valuation assignments independently

- Building client relationship

- Manage valuation engagements for tax restructuring, financial reporting and pre-deal assignments

- Involved in all aspects of engagements including drafting a proposal, engagement administration, execution, budget monitoring & collections and due diligence.

- Ensure the quality, risk converge etc. in assignment execution

- Team building

- Knowledge of Valuation of equity / intangibles including PPA and valuations under IFRS

- Guide and mentor the team for the execution of the Valuation assignments

- Development of new products

- Ensure assignment documentation, risk coverage, quality etc. while executing the assignment

- Ensure that there is proper system in place for creating proper documentation in compliance with the procedures as laid down in the ISO manual

- Regularly updating your knowledge base and sharing the same with the team

- Keeping track of the current and emerging industry issues and trends in the domestic market
