Associate Director - User Experience & Design - eCommerce

What you will do in this role:

- Apply best-practice product design principles to drive the development of new products & features to create an optimal user experience while factoring in the organization & business model and user experience design concepts.

- Deliver compelling UX visions, UI specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.

- Lead customer research and apply insights to generate website and app experience that delivers customer delight.

- Lead prioritisation discussions with leadership team, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation, focusing both on the short term and long terms goals.

- Impart day-to-day design leadership with different scrum teams.

- Partner with product managers, developers, and business teams to deliver ideal user experiences which improve engagement

- Steer product design team and encourage them to innovate continuously, solve complex design problems and deliver world class customer experience
