About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC in the Pharmaceutical Industry. They are looking at hiring an Associate Director to helm the Taxation function in their Mumbai office

Job Description: As the Associate Director Taxation you will be responsible for :

- Responsible for tax compliance/planning and will work directly under the guidance of the corporate tax department to handle all tax matters/issues

- Responsible for the filing and reporting of taxes

- International Taxation and US income tax accounting

- Advising on Transfer Pricing issues, formulate Transfer Pricing policies and compliance with Indian transfer Pricing Regulations

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a qualified MBA/ Chartered Accountant with 8 to 15 years work experience and have worked with or are currently working in.

- You are a specialist in taxation with a strong exposure to US Taxation. You have a stable and proven track record of success in working with multinational companies in leading teams.
