Associate Director - Treasury - Liquidity & Risk Reporting - Investment Banking - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

As a Associate Director - Treasury, your key responsibilities will be:

- Overall responsibility for the delivery and integrity of liquidity regulatory reporting

- Accountability of Liquidity Metrics for Liquidity Risk Reporting as per the requirements under BASEL III and UK Regulatory guidelines issued by PRA

- Establish amiable working relationships, at all levels, with business and support area as well as other areas within the wider GFS India, in order to provide an integrated and proactive approach to achievement of collective goals

- Support the strategic design and use of finance/MI systems to enhance customer deliverables and de-risk financial processes, e.g by reducing the level of manual intervention (such as manual journals) in finance outputs

- Provide end to end control and ownership of divisional and legal entity balance sheets for identified business

- Develop & implement a framework for management review & challenge of substantiation & reconciliation output

- Build, manage and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring robust succession planning at all levels

- Establish robust analytical procedures over the balance sheet & profit and loss account to build understanding of business and its key drivers and flush out any errors in the financials.

The Skills you need

- Qualified CA/MBA from Tier 1 Institute

- 10-12 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in liquidity reporting or a highly complex financial control in global bank

- In depth understating of banking environment, treasury product and technical accounting knowledge, understanding of one or more of treasury work streams - capital, liquidity, securitization, FX & Risk, term, asset liability management, liquidity reporting, treasury regulatory reporting

- Knowledge of Liquidity Metrics i.e. LCR, NSFR, Asset Encumbrance, FSA 047 048

- Understanding of Banks Balance Sheet & products, impact of interest rates upon pricing

- MS Access, SQL, Excel expertise

- Experience of working at a senior manager level in a finance function with multiple reporting lines across a global matrix
