Associate Director - Transfer Pricing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Addressing / reviewing technical queries raised by clients.
- Concept creation and product development based on key legislative changes
- Accompanying team in meetings / calls with the clients, as and when required.
- Preparing / reviewing various research / position papers.
- Liaising with external counsels to obtain opinions on key matters.
- Updating, maintaining and periodically reviewing quality content on internal KM database.
- Drafting & sharing technical inputs for news alerts, thought leadership, quotes, budget exercise etc.
- Planning and implementing technical program on current developments / significant case laws / relevant topics from domestic and international TP laws on monthly basis to the Tier 1 group.
- Development of standard submissions, representations and checklists for TP
- Identifying key developments and sharing them with TP Tier I team and help in identifying marketing opportunities
- Identifying important case laws / other developments for news alerts to be released -internal / external group.
- Developing and finalsing contents of TP podcast released at regular intervals by the firm.
- Developing thought leadership publications
- Developing content for presentations for TP partners for various seminars and conferences.
Desired Profile :Education: CA/ LLB / MBA - Finance (From Tier 1/II Colleges)
- 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing advisory, regulations and litigations
