Associate Director - Transaction Advisory - Investment Banking

Experience: 8-10 years (Front end Transaction advisory /investment banking experience with experience of working on end-to-end M&A/PE transaction lifecycle), Transaction closure experience preferred

Qualifications: MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA

- Leading transaction collateral preparation

- Managing investor interactions

- Drafting term sheets /NBO's, as required

- Managing due diligence processes and investor queries

- Reviewing and commenting on definitive documents

- Assisting in negotiation of definitive documents

- Active involvement in practice development and transaction ideation

- Team management/development
