- Experience of having worked Banks and Startups or FMCG and Startups or IT and Startups
- XLRI qualification (preferred)
Brief Job Profile :
- Lead Total Rewards (Compensation, benefits & wellness) charter
- Create and manage long term benefits and wellness vision
- Build and drive compensation strategy, ensure alignment with org objectives
- Design and manage STI and LTI strategy, budgeting and administration
- Drive the executive compensation design and implementation
- Lead benefits and wellness action plan driving key initiatives
- Accountable for compensation planning & budgeting, conducting annual reviews
- Build pay ranges for the org by performing job analysis, job match
- Responsible for Audit & compliance for compensation, benefits & payroll functions
