Associate Director - Testing

We have an immediate opening for an Associate Director - Testing opening with a Leading IT MNC for Pune location.

JD:

- Good Experience in Leading a Practice

- Good Experience on Manual with PRPC BPM Testing experience

- Good experience in Pega Testing.

- Exposure to various testing types like Functional, Integration, Data Migration, Role Based security testing, Regression testing and Automation testing.

- Good Experience on Preparation of Test Strategy/Test plan and Test Scheduling.

- Associate should have good knowledge in QTP, CRAFT framework and should be able to manage automation activity independently (with minimal support).

- Experience around Onsite/Offshore Module and managing big Offshore team.

- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills and strong Customer Facing skills.

- Should have strong functional & hands-on experience to be able to interact with Customers and mentor / support team.

- Host daily defect triage and able to discuss the defects with supporting artifacts.

- Should be able manage multiple customer stakeholders on deliverables and timelines.

- Good experience on estimation tool (if any) for any CR's or customizations and able to walk-through confidently to the customer.

- Good experience in Managing Risks and Mitigation.

- Work very close with Development Leads .

- Work very closely with BD Team (proposal responses, market research, pipeline analysis etc.); and lead the Sales Team.

- Plan for marketing activities and collaterals such as even participation, webinars, brochure development etc

- Good Experience on Test Management and Defect Management tools lime HP QC and IBM Rationale.
