Associate Director - Technology - BFS

AD - Technology

Role &Responsibilities:

- You will report to the CTO and closely work with business and product teams to ensure timely tech development.

- You will own and track Tech PMO plans

- You will present the status of the tech programs being run within various BUs to senior management

- You will gather dependencies and highlight risks on the program to the management.

- You will be accountable for transparent reporting of actual program status and impediments for delivery

Desired Skills:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in project management

- Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum

- Experience in senior stakeholder management

- Experience in Fintech, Banking, and NBFC will be an added advantage

- Strong oral and written communication skills
