About The Role:

Based in Chennai, India, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping and aligning our organization's culture, managing our talented HR team, and developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will report directly to the Global Head of HR and work closely with senior leadership to drive our talent management and organizational development efforts for over 500 employees in India & the Middle East (MEASA), across 7 offices in the region.

(Corporate Level and designation title will be determined through series of interviews and assessments)

Responsibilities:

The position will hold the responsibility and accountability of continuing the journey of transforming into a coveted place to work while maintaining high standards of operation, people and compliance. The role will also involve being a 'growth coach'- designing and leading programs related to transformation, alignment, culture, and emotional intelligence to improve efficiency.

This is a key role that will ensure the Organization's objectives on performance and productivity are met by developing and sustaining a strong employee base.

Organization Effectiveness and Change

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and implement relevant changes.

- Review and recommend changes to existing operating models

- Drive culture change to improve collaboration

Growth Coaching

- Design and implement growth and leadership development programs

- Design and implement/deliver learning and development programs.

Performance Development Cycle

- Accountable for running the annual Performance Development cycle

- Training and communicating to all staff on their responsibilities and goals

- Maintain transparency throughout the cycle

Employee Engagement

- Accountable robust and effective internal communications and events to drive employee engagement

- Handle employee relations issues and ensure a fair and respectful work environment.

- Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Reward & Recognition

- Review and refresh all salaries and allowances to ensure parity

- Review and refresh Recognition schemes to ensure they are consistent, inclusive and engaging

- Review and refresh Employee Benefits

Culture & Inclusivity

- Drive a culture change to embed agile and lean solutions across the organization

- Create a cultural matrix

- Ensure the compliance of behaviors and processes within the Company's cultural matrix

- Champion of cultural evolution

- Build a value proposal to attract and retain diverse talent in terms of age, gender, culture and work model

- Unbiased to gender, race, orientation

Policy & Compliance

- Lead HR compliance efforts, including oversight of employment law adherence and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

(Employer) Brand Management

- Create and maintain a positive employer brand equity

- Identify the right target audience and digital channels of communication for key messages

Desired Profile:

Qualification

- Post grad in HR and/or MBA or an equivalent degree from B-school

- SHRM or HRCI certification (preferred) or diploma/executive programs in Talent Management

Experience

- He/she will be someone with a good mix of Industry and/or HR consulting experience (desired)

- At least 15 years experience of handling HR (required)

- Strong grasp of business fundamentals, knowledge of all aspects of HR, experience in handling organization design and change management programs (required)

- Exposure to implementing HR-IT systems (desired)

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Grievance handling
