- Extensive knowledge and expertise in Talent Acquisition/Attraction, Employer Branding, and Sourcing.

- Proficiency in utilizing digital and social platforms for recruiting and branding purposes.

- Experience with direct search methodologies (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, CRM) and other recruitment tools.

- Proven experience in managing, leading, and inspiring both direct and matrix teams on a global scale.

- Strong communication and influencing skills with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

- A demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

- Inquisitive and curious personality with a passion for learning and discovery.

- Detail-oriented and adept at analyzing and presenting data.

- Possesses tenacity and resilience with a strong delivery focus.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive in addressing obstacles and barriers.

- Collaborative team player who shares successes with the wider team.

- Preferred experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Capable of building credibility with candidates at all levels.

- Degree-level education.

- Experience in attracting and sourcing candidates internationally within a large global matrix organization.

- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for supporting a global marketplace.

- Highly desirable research and mapping experience within an executive search environment/function.

- Strong project and change management experience.

- Robust recruitment and candidate sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrable experience in research/mapping for executive-level recruitment, producing detailed company structure content, department hierarchy, and key individual lists.
