Associate Director - Talent Acquisition(Tech Product/IT Hiring) Major responsibilities : - Partner with business stakeholders in proactively identifying talent requirements and designing a fulfillment plan - Drive all recruiting efforts across the organization to ensure "on time fulfilment" of various roles - Enable us to fulfill our talent requirements in alignment with projected business plans - Positively position and increase brand awareness for the company to work for and be proud of, attracting a diverse candidate pool of top talent. - Use innovative techniques and tools to drive sourcing and recruiting with a focus on opening new and effective source channels - Drive a solid stakeholder management culture within the team - Design, develop, implement and evaluate a best-in-class candidate experience - Review existing systems, processes to be able to remove roadblocks and ensure the recruiting run on their efficient best - Work collaboratively with various teams to help solve their challenges and be a trusted advisor - Effectively lead and mentor the Recruiting team to help them achieve their targets & build higher capabilities Profile : - Minimum 8+ years work experience in Talent Acquisition, with deep expertise in hiring for Engineering, Product Management roles - Deep understanding of the talent markets for relevant skill sets - Prior experience of having led Recruiting in rapidly growing organizations - Exposure to hiring in Startup , Software Product, Consumer Internet & Digital organization Competencies : - Strong Project Management capabilities - At the heart of any efficient recruiting organization lies - Efficient planning, organizing and execution - Recruiting Subject Matter expertise
