We are seeking an exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and leading the acquisition of top talent across various functions. This position is a strategic role, responsible for leading the organization's talent acquisition function. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, overseeing the recruitment process, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top-quality candidates to meet our workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition Strategy :
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and retain high-quality candidates for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic talent advisory services.
- Drive the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, leveraging data and analytics to optimize recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Recruitment Process Management :
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, fair, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement effective applicant tracking systems and other relevant technologies to streamline the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.
Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement :
- Develop and maintain the organization's employer brand to attract and engage top talent.
- Partner with the marketing and communication teams to create compelling employer branding messages and materials.
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Sourcing and Networking :
- Take ownership of hiring for critical leadership positions, partnering with executive stakeholders to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, professional associations, and industry events.
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies, search firms, and other talent acquisition vendors.
Team Management and Development :
- Hire, lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Set performance goals, monitor metrics, and regularly assess the team's effectiveness and productivity.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes diversity and equal opportunity in the recruitment process.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven recruitment practices.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional, with a track record of building and leading successful talent functions.
- Strong advisory capabilities, providing strategic guidance to hiring managers and business leaders on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Expertise in managing talent acquisition metrics, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Experience in implementing and managing talent acquisition projects that have enhanced recruitment processes and efficiency.
- Proven ability to recruit and hire for both technical and non-technical roles, including leadership positions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
