Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the end to end performance of the talent Acquisition function for his/her set of portfolio and drive the performance possibility by:
- Embedding the change to internal and external resourcing processes and capabilities to ensure we achieve our performance ambition
- Lead the team and provide standard service in line with agreed KPIs, SLAs for GIC needs.
- Own all relevant Compliance policies and tools that enable the resourcing process and search for ways to innovate and drive improvements. This includes controls requirements for resourcing activity.
- Drives best practice for the employee referral programme to enable a truly global program for internal engagement and external hiring
2. The Role holder is responsible for ensuring they lead a proportion of senior hiring for the organisation in conjunction with the concerned stake holders
3. Where appropriate, the role holder will be part of contract negotiations for key vendors impacting the global partnerships as well as the strategic relationship management for key strategic partners such as LinkedIn, Manpower consultants and Assessment Vendors
4. Provide & drive talent acquisition technology road map and systems infrastructure
5. Drive best hiring practices in the TA function, optimize source mix, drive social media hiring, ensuring the provision of value add service to hiring whilst containing / reducing agency spend and other related costs
