Roles and Responsibilities :
- Working closely with Leaders and Founders, you will be instrumental in setting up the end to end talent acquisition policies and processes
- Driving the talent agenda for the organisation, you will be instrumental in scaling up the organisation
- You will drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high calibre talent and help us to become an employer of choice for prospective candidates
- Lead cultural, strategic and technological change in Talent Acquisition
- Formulate feedback mechanisms to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of Talent Acquisition processes and tools
Required Skills :
- 10+ years of experience in TA specializing from Product company only
- Ability to work independently and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high paced environment
- Should have led a team of recruitment managers and senior recruiters in the past.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, along with good negotiation skills.
- Ability to Influence leaders in taking complex decisions for the organization.
