Location - Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Head the Talent Acquisition for India
- Responsible for employer branding - internal, external, social media
- Responsible for liaising and communicating with global teams on critical hiring needs
- Work closely with compensation team to ensure pro-active communication to global managers in case of new teams being set up
- Ensure all roles that are being offered are fairly compensated by working closely with the Compensation and Benefits team
- Pro-actively communicate and liaise with local leadership to ensure their hiring needs are being met
- Motivate, engage and positively manage the talent acquisition operations team - be there for them
- Engage with global talent acquisition teams to review - best practices-
- End to end ownership of Talent Acquisition
- Be a thoughtful leader and lead from the front
- Work closely with leadership teams to build talent pipeline for future needs
- Understand needs and team dynamics, based on which to adjust focus areas and drive talent acquisition initiatives
- Responsible for leadership hiring
Requirements:
- PG / MBA in HR 12+ years- experience in a similar role out of which at least 10 years in leading high performing and effective recruitment teams
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to plan, design and implement talent acquisition programs
- Ability to collaborate across teams and work with leaders to get their buy-in on various talent acquisition initiatives
- Ability to influence and collaborate cross-culturally with diverse individuals and teams.
