Job Description:
- Candidate should have very strong experience in Core HR along with Talent Acquisition.
- This typically includes how an HR department structure goes about recruiting, onboarding, managing, developing, paying employees and more.
- HR Strategic Planning and overview
- Recruitment and Selection Process
- Manage & Lead HR operations end to end for the entire employee lifecycle
- Take care of international payroll, Compliances , onboarding , exit , joining, ERP etc
- Manage operation and Execution of Induction, Training Calendars, TA operations etc
- Constantly look for process optimisation and automation etc
- Participate in Audits related to all HR compliance matter
- Support International Employees on the smooth HR transactions
- Work with all HR sub-domains and ensure seamless and timely execution of agreed processes
- Drive change management towards building a business of tomorrow
- Achieve KPIs while enhancing the feeling of empowerment in business
- Identify areas of automation and reduce manual efforts for the HR team
