Associate Director - Structural Lead - Global Delivery Centre - Engineering Firm

We are looking for Associate Director, Structural Lead to join Global Delivery Centre of an engineering firm that provides design, consulting, construction, and management services in Gurgaon.

The role will be responsible for coordinating with other disciplines and leading the Structural design team to develop technically sound structural design solutions conforming to international standards and best practices. The role will also ensure timely delivery of excellent quality design and documentation, assisting with resourcing and planning, managing cost control as well as supervising and managing a Structural engineering team.

Minimum Requirements

- 20 years of experience on working in Structural Engineering design of High Rise Building projects, Industrial and Infrastructure Projects.

- Design experience in international (ideally Middle-East) projects, working to American/European Codes.

- Experience of design in the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors, using latest design and construction technologies including pre- and post-tensioned structures, temporary structures and faade systems. Design of large Healthcare Projects will be an added value.

- Experience in the design of the heavy and medium industrial steel structures

- Must have knowledge of governing structural design standards (Indian and International) and various design tools and software like STAADPRO, ETABS, SAP, PROKON, SAFE etc.

- Should be a great motivator and an excellent Time Manager.

- Have effective communication skills with good written and spoken English.
