Associate Director - Strategy/NPI & Project Management

- Lead the formulation of Long Term & Mid-Term business strategy for India to drive the base business with market beating growth

- Lead the development and execution of New Production Introduction and Project Management of the same.

- Lead the Project Management function for India to ensure build a best in class sales force

- Set up and work with relevant cross functional teams across India on transformation projects.

- Lead the PMO team in detailed design of initiatives, bringing in best practices and insights from internal and external sources (market, competition and other industries) into the project design

- Guide PMO team in developing detailed documentation and specifications and in structuring presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.

- Lead the development of presentations and content for all internal and external meetings and interactions that involves the GM's office.
