Currently working in Big 4

- At least 2 years of experience as - manager- with Big 4

- Post qualification experience - 7 years +

- Worked on listed clients as manager

- Has adequate knowledge of Ind-AS and had been involved as manager on audit under Ind-AS for large clients

- Should have experience in auditing 3 - 4 industries and more than 2 industries as a manager

- Typical industries where the individual has experience should include - Tech, Manufacturing, Auto, Real Estate, Infra, BFSI etc. (specific exclusion: Only Telecom or Pharma or BFSI experience)

- We have not interviewed him in past 2 years - either rejections or candidates who did not join us
