Job Description/Responsibilities:

- Finalization of assurance engagements

- Day to day guidance to subordinates , Support seniors & work on BD initiatives

- Willing to travel within the country and abroad.

- Must be from dealing with any of the following industry: Financial Services/ Power & Transmission/ Media & Entertainment

- Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, provide timely and effective mentoring and training

- Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build cross-functional relationships

- Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships

- Assurance Review of the financial statements

- Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them and performing reviews on deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery of work

- Demonstrate industry competence and clarity of communication

- Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating training on assurance and accounting standards

- Preparing an engagement plan by defining time limits and allotting responsibilities to team members

- Work under strict timelines and at client locations
