- Managing team of 30-45 people, Managing12-15 Clients, should be writing proposals, going to the market for business leads, , very good Communication skills, should be highest authority in Pune,

- Good Team management Skills, Managing Existing client, active Business development, Practice management, Go to the market strategy.
