Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the company's supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending

- Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency

- Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes

- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.

- Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques

- Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers

- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries

- Direct manufacturing, QA / QC and production engineering for this producer of technologically advanced printed graphics.

- Seek out and implement new methods to reduce manufacturing time and increase productivity.

- Ability to source different types of materials and in shorter lead time.

- Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs without compromising supply assurance or quality

- Serve as a hands-on leader that understands and performs the daily tactical and strategic

functions as necessary

- Executing on vendor life-cycle strategy to oversee planning, sourcing and selection of new vendors, manage data for vendor performance and manage vendor off-boarding and transition

- Establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at identifying, understanding and fulfilling their requirements

- Proactively collaborating with business partners and stakeholders to lead contract negotiation with suppliers; develop negotiation approaches, fallback positions and acceptable terms and conditions through contract completion and identify key benchmarks to measure contractual arrangements

- Development of financial analytics to support commercial term negotiations with performance dashboards and ROI based evaluation tools

Specifications:

- Hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles managing a revenue size of 150 Crs.

- Has worked for e-commerce organizations for minimum 3-4 years

- Has a good understanding of materials, goods, and quality in the clothing business.
