AD Sourcing /Recruitment
- Build a high performance organization and implement a comprehensive performance management strategy, including the process flows, developing the right capabilities and integrated systems and tools across the process
- Manage end to end sourcing, onboarding for First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile blue collar workforce Pan India
- Strategic workforce planning to ensure the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
- Design and execute seamless onboarding and assimilation of talent
- Design and implement Managerial capability building journeys
- Design and execute programs that promote teamwork, recognition, and a positive work environment.
- Maintain open lines of communication with team to understand their concerns and suggestions.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in human resources, or organizational development.
- Strong understanding of Recruitment and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
