- The purpose of our payments strategy and operations team is to ensure that money flows seamlessly, efficiently, and safely across all our systems. We partner closely with Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, and our external payment partners to provide the best in class payments experience to our millions of users.

What you will do :

- Design and execute the payments strategy & operations for fast growing Gaming business unit/s as an individual contributor.

- Drive strategic payment conversations with internal and external partners to make sure that we are prioritising the right initiatives to meet the organisational goals.

- Lead, plan and execute key initiatives, collaborating with cross functional teams and our payment partners.

- Define our strategic approach to payments and deliver new payment solutions and optimise existing ones that will enable your focussed business units to grow users and revenue.

- Help Product and Tech teams de-bottleneck any dependency from Gateways, Banks, and other third party teams.

- Bring an outside-in view to further improve the payment product and continuously improve the payment experience.

- Ensuring round the clock monitoring, reporting, and closures on a timely basis to ensure minimum impact on business.

What you will bring to the role:

- Overall 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations management roles in Payments/Banking/Financial Services

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Collaborative mindset, ability to energise the team and work with cross functional peers

- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively

- Analytical, methodical, strategic in approach, detail-oriented with an investigative bent

- Knowledge of different e-commerce payment flows, use cases, regulation, payment methods, and payment processing systems

- Get things done in a larger organisation where you are not always in direct control of all the resources to get the job done

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and high energy environment and comfortable with ambiguity
