Looking for a Senior Leader in CRM for most disruptive and fastest growing E-Commerce Company in India with world-class team.

Experience : 5-9 Years

Location : Gurgaon

Education Qualification : Masters in Business from Tier 1 institute.

Responsibilities :

- Define the CRM roadmap, key metrics and overall retention strategy for the brand

- Manage end-to-end campaign aimed at engaging existing customer base through relevant communications. The overall objective is to drive customer retention and loyalty

- Collaboratively preparing recommendations on targeted offers based on insights derived from analytics and designing a multi-channel communication plan

- Formulate customer segments, buckets, analyze data and strategize marketing program to increase customer retention, repeat buys and increase revenue growth

- Increase bucket wise growth across platforms - Desktop, mobile website and app

- Develop forecasts, measurement plans, reporting and results analysis

- Provide messaging and creative expression direction to copywriters and designers for emailer, sms and push notifications
