Associate Director/Senior COO - Business Manager
Role Purpose:
The role is responsible for:
- Primary contact point and liaison for senior business stakeholders to transfer and migrate business management activities.
- Ensuring seamless transition and operationalizing business activities transferred to Bangalore.
- Identification, Tracking and Reporting of activities KPI's along with building and onboarding pipeline of future activities
- Delivering first class service and outcomes to our internal stakeholders
- Ideate and innovate to make our processes simpler and more value led.
- Analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes
- Incident reporting and management along with timely resolution
- Lead the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of team and business priorities.
- In partnership with embedded control officers, managing the risk and control environment via a robust governance, ensuring all risks are understood, reported, and managed within risk appetite.
- Representing the team in regional and global governance forums where appropriate
- Experience of senior (MD and D) stakeholder engagement on an international basis

- Individuals with previous experience in either a COO or Business Management would be preferred.
- Experience in transformation, change management and migrations from onshore to offshore.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to maintain global team relationships.
- Confirmed ability in Process Design & Optimisation along with experimenting/implementing with tools to make processes simpler.
