We are looking for Associate Director - Security Operations Center for a Big 4 based in Mumbai.

- Cyber security, managing SOC, IDS/IPS, SCCM, Firewall and overall Cyber security domain.

- Have built SOC, IDS, Firewall and SCCM team from ground. Have IDS/IPS deployment knowledge and worked on various security tool. Ability to do forecasting of the teams.

- Team Handling exp - managed NOC team and Infrastructure Engineering teams.

- Transition and Migration Management.

- Should have built the teams, defined the process and SLAs. Driven multiple projects and self starter.

- Must have documented the knowledge Service Catalogs and Service definitions documents.

- Good coach, mentor and guide the team and motivate them with clear guidance.

- Self driven and highly motivated. Can shoulder the tasks and rive it to closure.

- Delivery Management- Client relationship and Team building.

- Quality assurance and Process improvement.
