Experience related requirements
- 15+ years of SFE and/or analytics experience with demonstrated ability to think strategically in an ambiguous environment.
- At least 4+ years of experience in coaching and mentoring individuals
- Experience in pharma industry is required.
Technical and Functional Skills
- SFO or Sales Incentives experience in Pharma industry
- Experience in methodologies such as segmentation, Sales Force Sizing & Structure, Territory Alignment & Deployment, Call Planning, Field Reporting
- Knowledge of databases such as APLD, IQVIA Rx datasets etc.
- Experience in tools such as Tableau/ Power BI/KNIME/ Python
- Proven problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Good focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning. Strong learning agility,
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to influence others.
- Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment, with ability to work across time zones.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
- Oversees execution, delivery, and tracking of project work.
- Partner with Hub/Affiliate team for high quality execution and on time delivery of the SFO projects covering the spectrum of SFO activities.
- Oversee prioritization and workload and remove barriers to success. Manage escalations and conflicts.
